Details
We require a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing telephone based technical support using remote control software
- Carrying out user administration tasks in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
- Providing support to mobile users
- Oversee desktop software upgrades and roll outs
- Performing Data backup and restore operations
- Installation of new Desktop machines
- Logging issues in our helpdesk system
- Maintain network documentation and procedures
- Carrying out other tasks as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of two years in a similar role
- Excellent skills in supporting Microsoft products including Windows 2000/XP, Outlook and Internet Explorer
- Knowledge of Windows Small Business server or Microsoft Exchange Server
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Full Clean Drivers license.
