INNOVATE in the Community

Respect | Excellence | Leadership

We love innovation and simply doing things better – not just for clients and ourselves – but also by looking at the impact of our activities in the communities in which we live and work. We always aim to conduct business in a socially responsible and ethical manner in the spirit of our values of respect, excellence and leadership.

We are keen to support and interact with our communities, be that at a local, regional or national level. Here is just a flavour of the contribution we make:

  • INNOVATE works closely with Barnardos and North Wexford Hospice - our nominated charities for 2017.
  • INNOVATE encourages its people to get involved, fundraise and support local and international charities.

  • Our people volunteer in the community through their involvement in local charities and sports clubs.

  • Our people volunteer in local chapters of CoderDojo, a worldwide movement of free, volunteer-led, community-based programming clubs for young people.

  • Educate to INNOVATE, our school business competition, encourages entrepreneurial activity among the youngest members of our community while simultaneously sharing our values of respect, excellence and leadership.

  • INNOVATE regularly shares our success story at entrepreneurial events to inspire new venture creation.

  • We source, whenever possible, from local suppliers to promote the development of the regional supply chain.

See our team in action below;

  • On 26th August 2016, some brave INNOVATE team members completed a skydive to raise vital funds for Barnardos. Barnardos are our chosen charity and we will continue our fundraising efforts for the children’s charity throughout 2017 along with North Wexford Hospice. Earlier this year Bridget Byrne and Mia O'Loughlin presented a cheque for €3805 to Barnardos CEO, Fergus Finlay.

  • INNOVATE were proud to sponsor the Gorey Night Run in aid of North Wexford Hospice which took place on 2nd March 2017. The organisers and sponsors of the event proudly presented €10,000 to North Wexford Hospice which will support and assist this vital service.
