Respect | Excellence | Leadership
Our philosophy and company values don’t just apply to how we do business. We believe each and every one of us can make a significant difference to the community in which we live. We actively support our community through our volunteering, educational initiatives and charitable contributions. Being able to do this is important to everyone who works at INNOVATE.
Here is just a flavour of the contribution we make:
Giving
INNOVATE were delighted to support MS Ireland, our chosen charity for 2019.

Throughout the year the INNOVATE team held events and fundraisers to raise a total of €10,618. Some members even braved the elements to take part in the Gaelforce Great Fjord Swim in Killary. This money helped to provide country-wide support for those who live with Multiple Sclerosis in Ireland.
INNOVATE works closely with Barnardos and North Wexford Hospice - our nominated charities.

Some brave INNOVATE team members completed a skydive to raise vital funds for Barnardos. Barnardos is our chosen charity and we will continue our fundraising efforts for the children’s charity along with North Wexford Hospice. Bridget Byrne and Mia O'Loughlin presented a cheque for €3,805 to Barnardos CEO, Fergus Finlay.

INNOVATE were proud to sponsor the Gorey Night Run in aid of North Wexford Hospice which took place on 2nd March 2017. The organisers and sponsors of the event proudly presented €10,000 to North Wexford Hospice, which will support and assist this vital service.

INNOVATE presented Barnardos with a cheque for €1647.11. This money was raised by INNOVATE staff from a Busking event held in Gorey in July and supported by Gorey Chamber members. The team also participated in the HELL & BACK, Endurance Challenge in Killruddery Estate, Bray in September as part of their annual charity fundraising activities. Additional funds were raised from Busking for Barnardos, and will benefit North Wexford Hospice Homecare.

Innovate CFO Gavin O'Donovan presents a cheque for €1,500 to Cathryn O'Leary, South East Regional Fundraising Co-ordinator at Focus Ireland. There are almost 10,000 people homeless in Ireland today and 1 in 3 is a child. Gavin wanted to play his part in helping support their 'Shine A Light Night' campaign and is inspired by the work of Focus Ireland. Gavin slept out in solidarity in Innovate Wexford Park on October 12th, 2018 to raise much-needed funds to provide vital prevention services and change people’s lives.
INNOVATE are proud to support this campaign to make a difference in the lives of people who are homeless in Ireland today.
Inspiring
Some of the INNOVATE team volunteer in local chapters of CoderDojo, a worldwide movement of free, volunteer-led, community-based programming clubs for young people and also volunteer in the community through their involvement in local charities and sports clubs.
Educate to INNOVATE, encourages entrepreneurial activity among the youngest members of our community while simultaneously sharing our values of respect, excellence and leadership. We are happy to share our story and hope to inspire new venture creation.
