Level 3 Service Desk Engineer

The Level 3 Service Desk Engineer provides the highest level of support to our clients by handling service requests that have been escalated by lower tiers. The Level 3 Service Desk Engineer requires the ability to analyse existing systems, make proactive recommendations for improvements and develop, maintain, and implement all systems, applications, and networking configurations.
