An Taoiseach, Micheál Martin, dovetailed seamlessly into our annual kick-off meeting on Friday the 16th of January, so naturally, in fact, that one could easily believe it had been planned months in advance. He and his team were exceptionally generous with their time, generating a real sense of energy, fun, and excitement throughout the office.

Jim echoed the message that he; Enda, our CTO; and Barry, our Head of Operations shared on our annual call: INNOVATE is committed to growing through excellent customer service and an unwavering focus on our people, our clients, and the technologies that enable our customers to advance their businesses in a secure and resilient way.

He highlighted our position as a customer-focused, indigenous MSP now entering our 20th year in business, strengthened by our security specialisations with both Microsoft and Cisco.

We wrapped up the morning with our monthly team lunch, another reminder that when you plan well, stay agile, and stay aligned, things have a way of coming together perfectly.
