Your Data

Depending on your engagement with us we collect basic business contact details to ensure we can fulfil a contract or request for you.  We retain business contact data for the duration of our business relationship and in accordance with accounting and legal compliance purposes.

We may collect business contact information from publicly available sources or third‑party providers for the purposes of B2B marketing and outreach and recruitment focused outreach

For recruitment candidates and contractors we will retain your resume – employment history, qualifications, references and right to work and any other relevant information to allow us to match you with a suitable role during your active job search period.   We ask you to inform us if you are no longer active and wish for your details to be securely deleted, which will be done without delay.   Alternatively, we will contact you within 12 months to confirm whether you’d like to remain on our database or securely delete your information.   For candidates we have successfully placed, we retain recruitment records for 7 years to comply with employment and legal compliance.    

Third-party Transfer

To ensure we provide an efficient service, we engage with the following expertise.  We have carried out our own due diligence on these vendors but, please refer to their privacy notices for your own reassurance. 

We also have active social media accounts such as LinkedIn.  We encourage you to refer to their separate privacy notices.  

Your Privacy

You have the right to: –

1. Ask us what information we hold about you and receive a copy of this data
2. Ask us to delete or stop communication with you
3. Ask us to transfer a copy of your details to another organisation
4. We would always encourage you to let us know if any information we hold on you is incorrect or out of date

We will acknowledge and act upon your request without delay. 

If at any time we cannot oblige, due to legal or contractual reasons, we will explain this to you.
